The first milestone is $50,000 in gross reservations and preorders. This is a production campaign, and the milestone does not cover the entire production budget.

If the milestone is not met by the stated campaign end, payments will be refunded unless you explicitly agree to an extension. If shipment cannot meet the promised date, we will provide a revised date and a choice to consent to the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request voluntary cancellation within seven days after your initial payment. Your confirmation email includes your individual cutoff date and time. Request cancellation by emailing your reservation reference to versatilesbyrasheed@gmail.com. After your seven-day deadline, voluntary cancellation is limited; this does not remove rights arising from non-delivery or a shipping delay. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
